AI can now find hidden risk in a routine ECG. Getting clinicians to use AI is harder

Clinical AI is moving into routine care, from FDA-cleared tools that detect hidden pulmonary hypertension risk in standard ECGs to voice LLMs designed to support clinicians in real time. But adoption remains the harder problem. As healthcare AI becomes more capable, the winners may be systems that integrate seamlessly into existing workflows, reduce cognitive burden and add value without creating another interface for clinicians to manage.
